Terms of Use
Last updated October 2, 2026
These terms are an agreement between SafeCore (“we”, “us”) and you, the person or business that creates a SafeCore account (the “Reseller”). By creating an account or buying Enrollment Tokens you agree to them.
1. The service
SafeCore is software that manages and filters Android phones. The SafeCore Console lets you enroll phones, choose which apps and web content are allowed, and see the phones you manage. Setting a phone up as a managed device may require a factory reset, which erases the phone; back up anything you need first.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and give a working email address. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done in your account. Tell us right away at support@safecoremdm.com if you think someone else is using it.
3. Consent and acceptable use
- Consent. You will only enroll a phone whose owner agrees to it being managed, or, for a minor, whose parent or guardian agrees.
- No secret monitoring of adults. You will not use SafeCore to monitor or restrict an adult without their knowledge and agreement.
- Your customers. You are responsible for the phones you enroll, for your dealings with your own customers, and for following the laws that apply to you.
- You will not use SafeCore for anything illegal, try to break or get around its security, or resell access to the Console itself.
4. Enrollment Tokens and payment
Each phone needs one Enrollment Token. Tokens are paid for in advance through Stripe, at the price shown when you buy. A token can be used once and does not expire. We may change token prices for future purchases; tokens you already bought are not affected. Prices are in US dollars and do not include any taxes you may owe.
5. Refunds
- All token purchases are final. Tokens are non-refundable, whether or not they have been used, except where the law requires a refund or as described in section 6.
- If you were charged by mistake (for example, charged twice, or charged without receiving a token), email support@safecoremdm.com and we will fix it.
- Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We may suspend an account while a dispute is open.
6. Suspension and ending your account
We may lock or delete your account if we believe you are abusing the service or breaking these terms. If we close your account for any other reason, we refund your unused tokens. You can stop using SafeCore at any time; to close your account, email us.
7. Your data
We store what is needed to run the service: your account details, and for each enrolled phone its device information, settings, and the messages sent through the Console. We do not sell this data. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers. When an account is deleted we delete its data, except what we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
8. Setting up phones is at your own risk
You (or your customer) set up and enroll each phone, following our setup guide. That process involves a factory reset, computer (ADB) commands, and giving SafeCore control of the phone. If a step is skipped or done wrong, or the phone is unsupported, the phone may lose its data, stop working properly, become hard or impossible to remove from management, or need to be repaired or replaced. Modifying a phone this way may also affect its warranty or carrier support.
We are not responsible for any damage to a phone, lost data, repair or replacement costs, or other loss that results from setting up, enrolling, removing, or using a phone with SafeCore, whether the setup was done correctly or not. If you are unsure, contact us before you start.
9. No guarantee
SafeCore is provided “as is”. Content filtering is never perfect: some unwanted content may get through, and some acceptable content may be blocked. The service may sometimes be unavailable, and we may change or improve features over time.
10. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost data, lost profits, or a phone that needs to be reset), and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, email you. Continuing to use SafeCore after a change means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
